Workshop Refund Policy
Payment / Cancellation / Refund Policy
Sometimes circumstances beyond our control force us to alter our plans. 256 Shades of Gray™ cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated circumstances (such as weather, natural disasters, park closures, inaccessibility of planed locations, etc.) that force us to change our plans. We will do our best to work around any unforeseen circumstances. Please check on your workshop status before making travel arrangements. 256SOG is not responsible for reimbursement of airline tickets or travel expenses. We encourage all participants to consider purchasing travel insurance.We highly Travel insurance.
Full payment is due upon registration. If you are unable to pay the entire amount, please contact us, at email@example.com, we may be able to work something out. Your workshop payment includes a non-refundable registration fee equal to 10% of the cost of the workshop or $50: whichever is greater.
Workshop payment refund
Your workshop payment, minus the registration fee, will be refunded if you cancel more than 90 days prior to the workshop.
No refund will be issued if you cancel between 31 and 90 days prior to the start of the workshop, but you may transfer the balance towards another workshop. The balance is the amount you paid minus the non-refundable registration fee.
If you cancel 30 days or less, prior to the start of the workshop, it will be left to the discretion of 256SOG to decide if any portion of the workshop fee, may be transferred. Forfeiture of the entire fee is normal when canceling within 30 days of a workshop. We realize last minute emergencies can and do occur and we’ll do our best to work with you.
